Welcome to tallr.fun (“Tallr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing Tallr, creating a headquarters, purchasing Skyline Credits, submitting business information, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Tallr or make a purchase.
1. What Tallr Is
Tallr is a digital promotional, discovery, entertainment, and status-based platform where businesses can create a virtual headquarters (“HQ”) within the Internet Skyline.
Businesses may purchase Skyline Credits, which influence the visual size, prominence, ranking, tier, and other eligible features of their HQ.
Tallr is not a financial marketplace, investment platform, securities platform, property marketplace, valuation service, or business-rating agency.
2. Skyline Credits
Unless otherwise stated on the website, $1 USD of verified, non-refunded payment corresponds to 1 Skyline Credit.
Skyline Credits represent paid digital participation on Tallr. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money.
Skyline Credits are not cryptocurrency, securities, equity, ownership interests, real estate, investment products, or resale assets. They do not represent the value, revenue, market share, popularity, quality, or financial performance of any business.
Skyline Credits may not be resold, transferred, or traded unless Tallr expressly introduces such functionality in the future.
3. Rankings and Position
Tallr may display businesses according to Skyline Credits, including overall building rankings and industry or city rankings.
A higher number of verified Skyline Credits may result in a higher ranking or more prominent visual position. No ranking is permanent.
Other businesses may purchase additional Skyline Credits at any time and move above your HQ. A business that is currently #1 in an industry or city may later become #2, #3, or lower.
A purchase does not guarantee that you will retain any specific rank, including the #1 position.
Tallr rankings are features of the Tallr experience and must not be interpreted as objective rankings of business quality, success, popularity, market leadership, valuation, revenue, or financial performance.
4. No Guaranteed Visibility or Business Results
Tallr provides digital promotional placement, but we do not guarantee any particular amount of website traffic, clicks, impressions, leads, enquiries, sales, customers, publicity, media attention, social engagement, search-engine rankings, brand awareness, or revenue.
We do not guarantee that any particular number of people will view your HQ. The amount paid determines eligible Skyline Credits and platform placement under Tallr’s current system; it does not guarantee a commercial result.
You are purchasing participation and placement on Tallr, not guaranteed advertising performance.
5. Your Headquarters
After a verified payment, an eligible HQ may become publicly visible on Tallr. Depending on features available at the time, an HQ may display a company name, logo, website, tagline, industry or city, Skyline Credits, visual building, rank, tier, and public Tallr HQ page.
Tallr may change the visual presentation, layout, building designs, city structure, ranking displays, tiers, features, or interface over time.
Reasonable platform changes do not create an entitlement to a refund where the core purchased digital participation remains substantially available.
6. Information and Content You Submit
You are responsible for all company information, logos, trademarks, websites, images, and other material you submit to Tallr.
By submitting content, you confirm that you are authorized to submit it, that you own it or have permission to use it, that it does not impersonate another person or business, and that it does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You grant Tallr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, resize, format, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, market, and display Tallr and your HQ.
You retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
7. Business Names and Trademarks
Creating a Tallr HQ does not grant ownership of any business name, trademark, brand name, domain name, category, industry, or other intellectual property.
Tallr does not independently verify every submitted company name or trademark. If we receive a credible infringement, impersonation, fraud, or ownership complaint, we may investigate and temporarily suspend, edit, or remove the affected listing.
8. External Website Links
Tallr may link visitors directly to websites submitted by participating businesses. Those websites are operated by third parties.
Tallr does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services, security, privacy practices, accuracy, legality, availability, or conduct of external websites.
A business appearing on Tallr does not mean Tallr endorses, verifies, recommends, certifies, or guarantees that business. Visitors access external websites at their own risk.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Whop and its underlying payment partners. Tallr does not directly store full payment-card details.
A purchase becomes effective for Tallr only after the payment has been successfully verified through our payment systems.
A checkout confirmation screen, browser redirect, screenshot, payment attempt, or customer statement alone is not proof that Tallr has received a valid payment.
10. Refunds
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable because Skyline Credits and related digital benefits may be applied immediately after successful payment.
Refunds are not provided merely because your ranking decreases, another company overtakes you, you receive fewer visitors than expected, you receive no leads or sales, your business does not achieve a desired marketing result, or you change your mind after the digital benefit has been delivered.
Genuine duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or qualifying payment-processing errors may be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
11. Refunds, Reversals and Chargebacks
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, Tallr may adjust the associated Skyline Credits, ranking, building height, tier, visual prominence, unlocks, city position, or HQ status.
Tallr may temporarily suspend an HQ while a payment dispute or chargeback is being investigated.
Attempting to retain Tallr benefits while deliberately reversing or disputing a legitimate payment may result in suspension or termination.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use Tallr to submit or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, defamatory, impersonating, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.
You may not attempt to manipulate Tallr through unauthorized payment activity, fraudulent chargebacks, automated attacks, disruptive scraping, unauthorized access, fake identities, payment fraud, or interference with Tallr systems.
We may remove or suspend content or access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for Tallr, its users, payment providers, or third parties.
13. Moderation
Tallr reserves the right to review, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or remove an HQ where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraud prevention, payment disputes, security, platform integrity, prohibited content, or violation of these Terms.
Moderation does not erase legitimate payment records or financial history.
14. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Tallr available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Tallr may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting failures, payment-provider failures, database issues, internet outages, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Temporary downtime does not automatically create a right to a refund.
15. Changes to Tallr
Tallr is an evolving digital platform. We may add, remove, modify, improve, rename, redesign, or reorganize features, including districts, cities, ranking displays, building designs, tiers, visual effects, discovery tools, search, promotional features, and user-interface elements.
We may also make reasonable adjustments to ranking or building formulas to maintain usability, fairness, security, scalability, or platform performance.
We will not intentionally represent unpaid activity as verified paid activity.
16. Intellectual Property
Tallr, its design, software, branding, layout, skyline system, visual elements, text, graphics, and platform technology are owned by Tallr or its licensors, except for content submitted by users.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, imitate, or commercially exploit Tallr’s protected materials without authorization.
17. No Partnership or Endorsement
A business appearing on Tallr does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement between Tallr and that business.
Tallr does not guarantee or verify claims made by businesses listed on the platform.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tallr and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, customers, or data arising from your use of Tallr.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallr’s aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Tallr in connection with the claim giving rise to that liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tallr and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your business or website, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party’s rights, your misuse of Tallr, or claims resulting from products, services, statements, or activities associated with your business.
20. Suspension and Termination
Tallr may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, abusive conduct, or violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate, Tallr may also remove a public HQ from discovery while retaining necessary payment, transaction, compliance, and audit records.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Tallr evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on tallr.fun with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Tallr after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute relating to Tallr will be interpreted and handled in accordance with applicable law and by a court or forum of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot legally be waived.
