Analytics numbers displayed publicly by Tallr may represent aggregated platform activity and are not intended to personally identify individual visitors.
11. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we may process personal information based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.
Our legitimate interests may include operating the platform, preventing fraud, maintaining security, improving Tallr, providing business-discovery functionality, and protecting our legal rights.
12. International Data Transfers
Tallr is available over the internet and may use service providers located in different countries. Your information may therefore be processed or stored outside your country of residence.
Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms may be used for international transfers of personal information. Different countries may provide different levels of data protection.
13. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide Tallr services, maintain public headquarters, preserve accurate transaction history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory obligations, and maintain security and audit records.
Certain transaction and financial records may need to be retained even after a headquarters or account is removed. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
14. Removal of a Headquarters
Removing or suspending a public headquarters does not necessarily delete all underlying records. We may retain information necessary for payment records, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, security, and audit history.
Search engines and third parties may retain cached or archived copies of information that was previously public. Tallr cannot guarantee removal from third-party services.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where applicable, appeal of certain privacy decisions, or complaint to an applicable regulator.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may retain information where necessary for transaction records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
16. U.S. State Privacy Rights

18. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Financial mutations are intended to be performed server-side and protected data is subject to access controls.
However, no internet service, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use online services at your own risk.
If we become aware of a security incident requiring notification under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.
19. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
We may use information to identify, prevent, and investigate fraudulent payments, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, fake companies, impersonation, unauthorised trademark or logo use, automated abuse, spam, malicious websites, and attempts to manipulate Tallr rankings or platform systems.
We may suspend, restrict, or investigate accounts, listings, transactions, or access where reasonably necessary to protect Tallr, service providers, users, or the public.
20. Children
Tallr is intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and adult users. Tallr is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where a higher minimum age applies under local law, users must meet that requirement.
21. Third-Party Websites
Tallr headquarters may contain links to third-party websites. When you leave Tallr and visit another website, that website’s privacy practices apply.
Tallr is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party websites.
22. User-Generated and Third-Party Content
Businesses and users may submit information displayed on Tallr. Tallr does not guarantee that submitted information is complete, accurate, current, authorised, or free from third-party claims.
If you believe information displayed on Tallr violates your privacy or legal rights, you may contact us using the contact method published on tallr.fun so the matter can be reviewed.
23. Automated Rankings and Display
Tallr may automatically calculate building characteristics and rankings using platform data such as verified Skyline Credits. These calculations are part of the Tallr digital experience.
Tallr rankings do not represent an assessment of:
- company quality;
- financial performance;
- market value;
- revenue;
- trustworthiness;
- popularity;
- investment merit; or
- market share.
Rankings represent participation within Tallr according to Tallr’s platform mechanics.
24. Business Transfers
If Tallr or its assets are acquired, sold, merged, reorganised, financed, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law. Any successor may continue to use information in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless users are notified otherwise.
25. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on Tallr with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where legally required, we may provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of Tallr after an updated policy becomes effective may constitute acknowledgement of the revised policy where permitted by law.
